I have been wanting a POW-MIA flag for some time to fly on specific occasions like Veterans Day and Memorial Day. So, when I saw this embroidered version, I had to order it.

The flag is constructed from a very thick and durable nylon material. I get the impression that this will last a very long time, as long as it is not broken down by our harsh Colorado sun. It is listed as UV resistant, so I assume that means it’s coated. It will certainly also help that I will only be flying it occasionally.

Another advantage to the material used is that it seems to be entirely opaque. It does not allow any light to shine through at all.

The pole side of the flag has a reinforced border, which is double stitched. The grommets seem to be solidly crimped and also look pretty strong. The stitching is pretty good throughout the flag. The seams are straight, but there are a few little “tails“ of loose thread here and there. That being said, they are not concerning as far as unraveling.

I was not sure what to expect with the embroidery coverage, but their method makes sense. Most of the central design is made from white nylon of the same type used for the black. This is all outlined with the embroidery. Some of the design is also filled in with embroidery as well, such as the laurels, words, and guard tower.

The best part is that the flag is FMAA certified, “Made in the USA”!

All in all, this flag is very high quality and I will be proud to fly it.

I fly this flag every day, right below the US Flag. It's very well-made and durable, with clear and distinct graphics. The grommets and stitching are first-class. As a former Navy SERE Instructor, this flag is very special to me, as I'm very familiar with the challenges that our POWs have endured. To honor them and continue to press for an accounting of those still MIA, I wanted a quality flag to fly alongside the US flag. This one will work nicely.

Overall, I'm very pleased with this flag and would recommend it to anyone, whether to fly on certain days or as a daily addition to the US flag.

This is a very nice quality made flag.
There is embroidery on both sides of the flag.
It is also made out of quality material. It should last a long time. good value!.

I have several POW-MIA flags, but this one is of the very best quality. The design and words are embroidered — NOT printed!! The flag is a double layer of fabric and the embroidery is on both sides, so it is a two-sided flag. The fabric is very excellent quality, and the edge with the grommets for flying is supported with extra thick fabric. Also, at 3'x5', this is a very large flag. This is the best quality flag I have ever had.

The American POW flag has significant meaning to so many so when I ordered this one up I really hoped it would come it with the quality and build that those that are being remembered deserved, and the flag did not disappoint! It is a very high-quality material with great craftsmanship that would allow any flag owner to fly this with great pride. The nylon flag is heavy duty and the stitching is spot on across the whole flag. While this will be mainly a ceremonial flag for me, it would be one that I would withstand normal weather impact without any issue. Great value, amazing product !

This flag has FMAA certification which is a good indicator it is well made, which it is. In addition to being heavy 340D nylon it is has excellent embroidery details. Very nice.

I collecting interesting flags to rotate to an outside pole is a wonderful hobby, and this flag is an excellent choice for that. It is recommended this flag be flow on these six national observances:

Fly it behind my truck every day. This is my second one; the first lasted about 2 months before the edges started getting frayed.
