I’m pretty certain they would. My feet are 13ee and (Large)there’s plenty of room to spare. I love these things.
2: What size would a women size 9 wear?
Medium will fit.
3: Can I indoor walking while wearing these booties?
Not Suitable for walking. There is no grip bottom on these, it’s just nylon and down like the rest of the bootie.
4: Are theses Washable?
Yes they are washable,but hand wash only & the dryer fluffs them up just fine
